• Please collect your number at least 15 mins before your start

CAUTION: Renew your racing license BEFORE entering

Automated membership checks are run regularly on race entries. If you enter without renewing your racing license first, you will be scratched by race admin because you and the club are not covered by AVCC insurance. An Entry Boss lock-out will then prevent you from re-entering until you contact the Secretary with proof of your license renewal. Automatic refunds of entries scratched by race admin no longer apply (see below).

Race Entry

• Race Entry $25
• Transponder Hire $5 (free if you BYO Mylaps transponder)
  
• No entries accepted on race day
• You MUST use an AVCC profile to enter (Admin will scratch incorrect entries). West Coast Masters no longer provides automatic refunds for incorrect entries scratched by Race Admin. To apply for a refund, please email the Treasurer (treasurer@wcmasterscycling.asn.au) including your bank account details. An administration fee ($5) will be applied to any refund.
• If you are a member of a team, please ensure your name on the team list your team manager has provided to the Secretary matches the details on your profile, and on your racing license. If your name does not match, your team does not get your points.

Trial Riders

New riders welcome. Trial riders get up to 2 free rides. Before entering here, register prior to Thursday at https://www.wcmasterscycling.asn.au/trial-rides to receive details by email.
