Novice Track Coaching with Paul Parker

Want to get your cycle fixation first thing on Saturday, leaving the rest of your weekend free? Ditch he cold and greasy roads this June and warm up on the boards at DISC at the Novice Track Session.

Led by Paul Parker the regulars will be familiar with the format of timed sprints, extended efforts in a fun, inclusive session. You can contact Auscycling if you are new to the Novice Track Session and Paul will assist with getting you fitted with an available track bike and up to speed with everyone else.

Remember to gear your bike around 81 – 82 inch.

The cost of entry is $25.
