Roll Out Order

5 Minute Gap Between each Grade
A Grade - 2 Laps - 60km
B Grade - 2 Laps - 60km
C Grade - 1 Lap - 30km
D Grade - 1 Lap - 30km
To be eligible for Dubbo Cycle Club Club Championships you must be:
- A Dubbo Cycle Club Financial Member
- Have Ridden at Minimum 5 Regular Club Events before the end of the Season
- Riders who do not fit this criteria are still welcome to ride however cannot be awarded a position in the event.
Riders are to stay separated from the other grades at all times, if you are dropped from the bunch you are not to interfere with the other grades race in anyway, sit on a following grade to re-catch your own grade , riders who are found to do this will be disqualified.
No Canteen or Shop / Food Facilities available on the day, the Nearest town is Geurie which is roughly 10km to the North, please ensure you have enough food and water to get you through the day before arriving.
Nearest Toilet Facilities will be located at Wise Park in Geurie next to the Service Station.
Turn up dressed and ready for the start of your event, there are no changeroom facilities at either the Time Trial or Road Race location.

Grading Selected on the entry page will only be considered as a start grade by the handicapper, riders are not permitted to change grades after the start of the first club championship event and must complete all three events in the same grade.
Only the race commissaire may move riders between grades at their discretion after start lists have been posted, but before the first event. Any appeals to handicaps should be made to the commissaire at least 30 mins before the start of their race.

COVID-19 Notice

We are taking COVID-19 restrictions seriously.
By entering this event, you agree to the following:

You will not attend if you have had any flu-like symptoms within 14 days of the event, if you have been in a known COVID-19 Hotspot listed by the NSW Health website as listed on the day of the Event or have been in contact with anyone diagnosed with COVID-19 in the last 14 days.
You will follow all safety guidelines and directions of the event promoter
It is strongly recommended that you download the COVIDSafe App
Maintain a distance of one person per four square metres all times
You must wear a mask at all times, you are not racing and immediately put a mask on once finished.
You will adopt a "Get In, Race, Get Out" approach
Do not share a ride to the event with persons who do not normally live at your address.
All Attending may have their temperature and contact details taken and kept on file for a minimum of 28 days.
All Riders and Officials will be required to sign in using the Service NSW COVID Safe Check-in.

Grading Selected on the entry page will be considered by the Handicapper and Commissionaires If they feel you should not be in the requested grade you will be moved at their discretion, riders may appeal their starting grades to the Commissionaire before the start of the first Club Championship event only, riders are not permitted to change grades between events.

Top 3 of each Grade will Receive a Medal, presented at the Road Season Presentation

Licensing

Licences Accepted:

Age Categories if used for this event will be based on your 2021 ages effective from 1st October 2020
Financial Cycling Australia 'RACE' , 'REGIONAL RACE' or 'Trial' members only.
Financial AusCycling 'RACE - ALL DISIPLINE' or 'TRIAL' members only.
Riders listed in EntryBoss without a verified licence will be asked to present a Valid Membership card or invoice at sign-on.

Volunteers

Volunteers will be required to be at the event by the following times , to assist with setup of the event.

Traffic Sign Setup: 11:30 am *
Start / Finish Officials: 12 pm
Commissaire: 1:00 pm
First Aid: 1:00 pm
Start Line Traffic Controllers: 1:00 pm
Finish Line Traffic Controllers, Lead Car, Follow Car: 1:30 pm

For start time for Traffic Setup, please confirm with other members rostered on.

Please check the current road roster for volunteer duties on the day.

Please check the roster each week to ensure you are not rostered on to do a duty before entering.

Photography

By registering for this event , I give permission for a representative to take photographs, videos and sound recordings during the event for promotional and editorial purposes. These may be used on social media, websites, in news media and in other publications and promotional material. Please advise the club at info@dubbocycleclub.com.au if you do not wish to be photographed or filmed at the event.

Refund

Riders will receive a refund minus any processing fees charged by EntryBoss.

If they scratch themselves from the event prior to the race entries closing
If after race has closed a doctors certificate has been provided.
Race is cancelled
