Condition of Entry

Once the event is closed, state handicapping codes will be reviewed and riders will be seeded as per the NSW Handicapping Policy.

It's recommended all riders familiar themselves with the policy to avoid any confusion once entries close. Quarterly club information are to be emailed to the State Handicappers for review. If your unsure of your current grading information please speak to your clubs Handicapper.

• JW19*, JM19, U23M, Elite Men, Elite Women, Men Masters, Women’s Masters
• Age Categories for this event are as per 2021 ages effective from 1st October 2020
• Financial AusCycling "Race All Discipline" members only.
• This event is not open to Temporary or Recreational memberships.

How To Enter

• Just like 2020 all entries will be taken online.
• Maximum entries - 200 riders
• Entries will open 9:00am on Wednesday 21st April 2021
• To enter online you will need to have created an account with EntryBoss. Any issues with your login please contact EntryBoss - support@entryboss.cc before 8:55am 21st April 2021. Entry is not complete until you have received a confirmation email of entry.

Live Results

The "Race Results 12" timing system will be used to record results. You will receive a transponder upon sign-on which will need to be affixed to your bike with a bracket or cable tie. Cable ties will be provided free of charge.

General Information

• Please select between bunches 1 (Scratch) and 10 (Limit). While your request will be taken into consideration your final handicap will be determined by the state handicapper and may vary from your request.
• Distance Approx. 90km (2 Laps)
• The race will be starting on Cullerin Road, Gunning .
• Plenty of parking at Gunning.
• A BBQ will be available on the day
• Toilets will be available at the start line/finish line Corner of Cullerin Rd and Grabben Gullen Rd
• Riders must wear club kit if receiving prizes
• NO FEEDING ALLOWED

Refund

Any rider (entered into a Cycling NSW event or promoted event) who wishes to receive an entry refund must contact Cycling NSW more than 8 days prior to the event. All refund requests should be sent to nsw.entries@cycling.org.au. Any rider seeking a refund within 8 days on an event must submit a doctor’s certificate.
