you will not attend if you have flu-like symptoms within 14 days of the event

- Sprockets
- 8-16 years 20” Age Challenges
- Junior Cruiser 8-12 and 13-16
- Open Wheel 17-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 44-44, 45-49 and 50+
- Male and Female 16+ Superclasses.

3 riders constitute a class. For undersubscribed classes, riders aged below 30 may have their entry class moved up to the next suitable entry class to reach a sufficient number of entries to constitute a class.
Riders aged over 34 may have their entry class moved down to the next suitable entry class to reach a sufficient number of entries to constitute a class.

Superclass $50.

Transponder hire (select during EntryBoss event entry) $10

* Credit Card Fees are additional to the fees above and passed on at cost (1.2% + 30c per entry)

Scratching:

Entered & now can't make it? An automated refund is available using the EntryBoss' Scratching mechanism. Please note the scratching cut-off because non-attendance refunds after this time are at the discretion of the event organisers and may require a medical certificate.

Registration	8:00am - 9:30am - Sprocket and MW Licenses must be presented at time of
	registration. Challenge, Openwheel and Superclass competitors to register via
	the transponder check in station at the registration area.
Practice	8:30am - 8:45am 8-12year old – all bike types
	8:45am – 9:00am 13-16 year old – all bike types, NO Superclass
	9:00am – 9:15am 17+years – all bike types, NO Superclass
	9:15am – 9:30am Sprockets
	9:30am - 9:45am Superclass
	9:45am -9:55am Miniwheelers
Officials Briefing	10:00am– 10:10am
Riders Briefing	10:15am – 10:20am
Racing Commences:	10:30am

Riders will receive 100% refunds if the event is cancelled.
We will do our best to communicate our intentions early if the event is at risk of not proceeding.
