AusCycling are proud to announce that the 2021 Freestyle BMX Nationals will be happening in Melbourne, at RampFest Indoor Skate Park, on the 13th & 14th of March 2021. The event is coming back to RampFest indoor Skate Park, where if first launched in 2018.
The Freestyle BMX Nationals will be one of the last major contests for our Olympic hopefuls before Tokyo 2021 – and they’ll all be looking to impress the judges and selectors.
About Freestyle BMX
Freestyle BMX is a high-energy action sport, where competitors compete against each other in timed runs, that are scored out of 100 by a panel of judges. The run is scored based on difficulty, execution, style, variety, consistency & other factors.
Freestyle BMX has been include in the Summer Olympic Games for the first time in Tokyo.

AusCycling along with the Rampfest team continue to monitor the COVID-19 situation and will act in accordance with the advice of the Government.
In the event that Government restrictions change and the event is unable to proceed, or an individual who has registered is now unable to travel due to border closures, a refund will be issued.
Who should not attend? • To ensure the health and safety of all participants no participants are to attend if they have had any illness or symptoms of COVID-19. • Participants must not attend if in the last 14 days they have been unwell or had close contact with a known or suspected case of COVID-19 (cough, sore throat, fever or shortness of breath), even if mild. • Participants must not attend if they have been to a declared hot spot. • Participants must leave immediately if they demonstrate any symptoms of COVID-19 during the event.
