Event Type: Track Carnival incl. Melbourne Cup Wheelrace and Victorian Championship events
Race Categories: J11, J13, J15, J17, J19, Men ABC, Women AB (Categories may change on the day depending on the final number of participants).
Please assist handicappers by providing recent race results, current grade in club/state events etc, thanks!
Membership Requirements:
Riders must hold a valid annual AusCycling Race All Discipline membership. Trial/temporary memberships cannot be accepted as the don’t cover riders for state level events.
Entry Fees:
Riders are able to scratch (full refund) from a race before close of entries by logging into their Entryboss account.
A medical certificate within 7 days of the event will be required for refunds after entries have closed.
A refund may be granted for other reasons at the discretion of AusCycling.
Close of Entries: At midnight on Thursday, 18 February 2021
Registration: 10am (at the registration desk in the infield)

Race Schedule/Program:
Junior Session from 11am
Victorian Time Trial J19/Elite Championships 2pm
Senior Session will commence after the conclusion of the Victorian Time Time Championships
Featured Events: Victorian J19 and Elite Elimination Championships*; Victorian Elite Scratch Championships**.
*J19 and Elite riders entering the Melbourne Cup on Wheels will be automatically added to the State Elimination Championships.
**Elite riders entering the Melbourne Cup on Wheels will be automatically added to the State Scratch Championships.
Registration for the Victorian J19 and Elite Track Time Trial Championships must be done through the official 2021 J19/Elite Track Championships Event.
These events are open to interstate riders. However medals will be awarded to Victorian riders only.

Cycling events cannot exist without the help of volunteers to share duties in order to present a smooth running & fast moving event. Any assistance in this area would be greatly appreciated.
All volunteers will receive free event tickets for their family (max. 4) or a free race entry for their family member.
