By entering this event, you agree to the following:
- you will not attend if you have flu-like symptoms within 14 days of the event
- you will follow all safety guidelines and directions of the event promoter

Important Information -
- Require a minimum of 8 teams for the event to proceed
- Separate Medals for JM19 will be awarded subject to numbers
- Exact distances are TBC. Draft distances will be published shortly. Final decision will be made Monday 15th February once entries close.
- This event is not open to Temporary memberships.
- All riders entering a State Open event must be covered by a Full Race Membership with AusCycling
Team entry
- One person enters on the behalf of the team.
- This person becomes the team manager.
- The team manager will need to list Team Name, both Team Members Full Names, DOB, and Membership Numbers.
Age Categories & Eligibility
- Open to JM19, U23M, Elite Men, and Masters Men.

Masters aged riders may ride this event on an Elite membership only.
- U23M will ride in the elite championships; U23M is not recognised on the track
- Age Categories for this event are as per 2021 ages effective from 1st October 2020.
- This event is not open to Temporary memberships.

Supporters
- Handlers are $10 (must be Financial members)
- Infield Kids are free for U9-U13 and $5 for U15/U17 (must be Financial members)
- Spectators are $10 (free for kids 12 and under, $5 for pensioners)
- Parking is in the parking bays, NOT on the grass or in front of the tavern doors
