**Volunteers - half price race fees

• Either volunteer yourself, or bring someone to help out, and you are entitled to a half-price race fee!
• Bring someone all season, your season's racing is half price.
• See information on Duty Roster below.

Grading

For handicaps, please help the handicappers by providing your regular scratch race grade & a comment on form when entering.
This helps with an initial grouping of riders by similar ability.
The handicappers will then create their handicap groupings and time gaps based on entries.
Please look for the Startlist when published to see who you are racing with.

Race Day Information

Location: Registration at Mackay Cycling Clubhouse, Creek St Walkerston
Sign-On Open: 7:00am
Sign-On Closes: 7:30am
Rider Briefing: 7:35am
Riders on startline: 8:00am

Parking: Parking at the startline is limited. Do not obstruct driveways and maintain clearance around trainlines. Parking at the clubhouse is preferred, with riders riding to the startline
Toilets: There are no toilets at the startline. Toilets are available at the clubhouse

Volunteers

Lead Car, Follow Car, Timing Judges are all required.
