**Volunteers - half price race fees

• Either volunteer yourself, or bring someone to help out, and you are entitled to a half-price race fee!
• Bring someone all season, your season's racing is half price.
• See information on Duty Roster below.

Grading

For handicaps, please help the handicappers by providing your regular scratch race grade & a comment on form when entering.
This helps with an initial grouping of riders by similar ability.
The handicappers will then create their handicap groupings and time gaps based on entries.
Please look for the Startlist when published to see who you are racing with.

Race Day Information

Location: Grass Area, Dumbleton Wier, Maraju Yakapari Road
Sign-On Open: 7:00am
Sign-On Closes: 7:30am
Rider Briefing: 7:45am
Riders on startline: 8:00am

Parking: There is plenty of parking off the road side, on the grass area. Please do not obstruct the roadside
Toilets: There are no toilet located in the vicinity of the start line.

Volunteers

Lead Car, Follow Car, Timing Judges are all required.
