NO DOGS are allowed in Phillip Island Circuit unless registered guide dog.

Age Categories & Eligibility Criteria

  • Age Categories for this event are as per 2026 ages effective from 1st January 2026
  • This event is not open to Temporary/4 Week trial memberships or Recreational Memberships
  • All participants are required to hold a valid AusCycling Race All Discipline membership

State Championship Event Race Categories

  • Women Under 19/Mn Under 19
  • Men and Women U23
  • Men and Women Elite
  • Men and Women Masters 1-10

IMPORTANT: Medals will be presented to top 3 from all categories. Medal can be claimed only for one category (Entered category)

Victorian Road Series Race Categories

  • Men A | Men B | Men C
  • Women A | Women B | Women C
  • Masters Men A | Masters Men B | Masters Men C
  • Masters 6+

IMPORTANT: Please mention your 2026 VRS Category in comment. Points will be awarded accordingly.


Entry Fees and Refunds

  • $90 (+ credit card fees)

IMPORTANT: After a successful entry the rider will automatically be given the status provisionally entered. This is normal and means the entry has officially been registered. The status won’t change until grading and membership have been confirmed by an AusCycling staff member.

The status ‘doubtful’ or ‘waitlisted’ generally means the event category has reached it’s capacity and a rider has been moved to a waitlist.

Scratching/refunds Riders wishing to scratch and get a refund from the event can do by logging into their Entryboss account using the scratch button. A medical certificate within 7 days of the event will be required for refunds after entries have closed.

Late entries may be accepted on a case by case and will incur a late entry fee of up to 25% of the standard entry fees.

  • UCI Equipment Regulations - Rider Height Additional Information Height Regulations Riders who do not appear on the exemption list will not be granted an exemption and will have to comply with the standard regulations.

  • Current Height Exemption list, UCI Height Exemption application forms (U19 and Elite only) and AusCycling Height Exemption forms (Masters) are available in the Sport Policies & Technical Regulations section HERE.

  • Random bike checks may be conducted for all categories.

These are Open State Championships with interstate riders eligible to compete and to be awarded medals.

Professional Photographers and Media Personnel:

All professional photographers and media personnel must seek accreditation from the Event Host and AusCycling Event Lead prior to the event. A valid Working With Children Check (WWCC) must be provided for verification.
