• If you wish to withdraw from an event after the close of entries, no refund will apply unless a medical certificate is provided to event organisers along with the refund request. The request, accompanied by a medical certificate, must be received no later than the day prior to the first day of competition, and upon consideration by AusCycling, you may be eligible for a full or part refund.
A reminder this is a National level AusCycling event. Sport Integrity Australia can conduct anti-doping testing at any event or competition. It is your responsibility to ensure you are aware of your obligations and have completed clean sport education.
All riders over 13 are strongly encouraged to complete Anti-Doping Fundamentals and the 2026 Annual Update online courses through the Sport Integrity Australia eLearning page:

Team member changes: AusCycling cannot make any changes to the team or team members after Sunday 3 January, 11:59pm AWST.

Age groups are determined by the total age of the youngest three members. The age of the rider is determined by their age on the 31 December 2027.
1. A team consists of 4 riders. If the team is of mixed gender, the teams will compete in the Men's division.
2. All members of each team must hold AusCycling race membership from the club they are representing.
3. All team members must wear matching approved club kit or plain kit.
4. Clubs may enter as many teams as they like, however riders may only be registered to one team.
5. Combined club teams (i.e. combined teams from different clubs) are not permitted.
6. Riders must only enter as part of their primary club unless the primary club is not participating in a specific category where they may then participate with any additional club that they are affiliated with.
7. Clubs will score points at the finish and a mid-race sprint.
1. The event will be conducted in accordance with AusCycling Technical Regulation and event Technical Guide.
2. The team must to start with 4 riders.
3. The team with the highest point total in each category will be the Club Criterium Challenge winners. Points will be awarded per the point system below.
4. The winning club in each category will be awarded a medal and a gift. Please note: This is NOTa National Championship and as such, National jerseys will not be awarded.
5. Place getters must present to podium immediately following the race for presentation.
