• If you wish to withdraw from an event after the close of entries, no refund will apply unless a medical certificate is provided to event organisers along with the refund request. The request, accompanied by a medical certificate, must be received no later than the day prior to the first day of competition, and upon consideration by AusCycling, you may be eligible for a full or part refund.
A reminder this is a National level AusCycling event. Sport Integrity Australia can conduct anti-doping testing at any event or competition. It is your responsibility to ensure you are aware of your obligations and have completed clean sport education.
All riders over 13 are strongly encouraged to complete Anti-Doping Fundamentals and the 2026 Annual Update online courses through the Sport Integrity Australia eLearning page:

Age groups are determined by the total age of the youngest three members. The age of the rider is determined by their age on the 31 December 2027.
1. The team need to start with 4 riders. If the team is of mixed gender, the teams will compete in the Men's division.
2. All members of each team must hold AusCycling race or club membership from the club they are representing.
3. All team members must wear matching approved club kit or plain kit.
4. Clubs may enter as many teams as they like, however riders may only be registered to one team.
5. Combined club teams (i.e. combined teams from different clubs) are not permitted.
6. Riders must only enter as part of their primary club unless the primary club is not participating in a specific category where they may then participate with any additional club that they are affiliated with.
1. This TTT ONLY permits road bikes, no time trial bikes are permitted.
2. Bikes MUST meet the UCI rules for mass start events. That means no aerobars, no disc wheels, etc.
3. Time Trial helmets and shoe covers will be permitted.
1. The riders of each team shall present at the bike check point no later than 15 minutes before the scheduled start time.
2. At the start, the riders shall be held side by side on the starting line and then released, not pushed, by holders who shall be the same for all teams.
3. Start time gaps will be determined by race officials based on entries and course.
1. Time shall be taken on the third rider crossing the finish line.
2. Finishing times shall be taken to the nearest one-tenth of a second at least.
1. A team, upon catching another, shall leave a lateral gap of at least 2 metres between them.
2. After 1 km, the team caught shall ride at least 25 m away from the other.
3. The exchange of food, drinks, small items of equipment, wheels and bicycles and help with running repairs shall be permitted between riders of the same team.
1. The driver of the following vehicle shall hold a current AusCycling membership (supporter membership allowed).
2. The following vehicle shall follow at least 15 metres behind the last rider of the team, shall never overtake it nor draw up level with it. In the case of a breakdown, technical support may be rendered only with the rider and vehicle stationery on the left side of the road.
3. The vehicle may not take up position between the team and any rider(s) that has/have dropped behind unless they are at least 50 metres apart. The riders that have dropped behind may under no circumstances ride in the slipstream of a vehicle.
4. The following vehicle of a team that is about to be caught up shall, as soon as the distance between the two teams drops below 100 metres, drop back behind the vehicle of the other team.
5. A vehicle following a team that catches up another may not take up position between the teams unless there are at least 60 metres between them. Should that gap subsequently reduce, the vehicle shall return to its position behind the last rider of the 2nd team.
6. Megaphones or loud-hailers may be used.
7. No occupant of a following vehicle may reach or lean out of the vehicle under any circumstances.
If one rider is disqualified, the team shall be disqualified and the classification shall be adjusted.
Jerseys will be presented to all members of the winning team in each age and gender category. Medals will be presented to 1st, 2nd and 3rd in all age and gender categories.
