Event Information

Please note the following answers to common questions:
- Participants do NOT need to be an AusCycling member to race (select NA at the club details point when setting up a profile)
- However if you do wish to join Red Hill Riders there are various options at https://www.redhillriders.com.au/membership/
- The system will allocate the correct age group based upon the entrant’s date of birth. Internationally, cycling age grouping is based on the rider's age on December 31st of the year of the event. If you have entered your child’s date of birth correctly, their allocated age group is correct.
- "Provisionally Entered" on your confirmation means the entry has been successful (yep- confusing, but the way the system works)

Entries close: Fri, 1st May 2026 5:00 PM AEDT

Scratch cut-off: Wed, 29th April 2026 5:00 PM AEDT

Pay online by: Fri, 1st May 2026 5:00 PM AEDT

Registration and Start Times: Registration will open at 7:30 am. The first race will begin at 9 am. A detailed schedule is outlined below.

Refunds You may withdraw/scratch before the entries close and receive a refund; otherwise, no refund will be given.

Event Categories

The following event categories will be conducted during all State Series rounds and recognised accordingly in the series points.

U11	Male/Female - Novice/Racing	5kms
U13 (M/F)	Male/Female - Novice/Racing	7kms
U15 (M/F)	Male/Female - Novice/Racing	12kms
U17	Male/Female	15kms
U19	Male/Female	20kms

Individual courses will determine actual race distance

Riders can choose to enter either one of two categories in their chosen age category:

• Novice category is suitable for a rider who is new to MTB racing or has limited experience racing before.
• Racing category is suitable for a rider who is experienced and raced at either Club, State or National levels.

12:15 pm	Under 15, Under 17, Under 19 Girls, Race & Novice divisions
1:00 pm	Under 17 and Under 19 Boys Novice division
2:00 pm	Under 17 and Under 19 Boys Race division
