Age Categories & Eligibility Criteria

• U19, U23, Elite & Masters
• Age Categories for this event are as per 2026 ages effective from 1st January 2026
• Financial AusCycling "Race All Discipline" members.
• This event is not open to Temporary or Recreational Memberships
• The sum of the ages of the youngest three starters on the day must equal to sum in the category name or more. Age is based on YEAR of birth
  
• All starting teams earn club points toward the NSW TTT Club Shield
  

Any rider that is taller than 180cm - must submit a height attestation form to AusCycling - if you are not on the height list - you will not be granted the exemption. For more information - please see here

This is an individual entry - all riders will need to provide their team name upon entry to be matched with their team

Each team is permitted to nominate up to six (6) riders for their team of which a minimum of three (3) and a maximum of four (4) may start on the day. The team is only required to nominate three (3) riders on entry. However, teams have the option of nominating up to six (6) - Riders can scratch at anytime before the closing date.

Individual Time Trial start times will be confirmed after the closing of entries - all riders will receive an email with their start time. Schedule subject to change and will be confirmed after the closing of entries. Please ensure to check AusCycling website regularly for updates

Refund Policy

Any rider who wishes to receive a refund more than 7 days prior to the event may do so by withdrawing by scratching themselves via their EntryBoss account. Any rider seeking a refund must submit a doctor's certificate to AusCycling. All refund requests should be sent to nsw.info@auscycling.org.au. Refunds will be processed in line with the AusCycling Refund Policy
