Event Information

• Format - Handicapped Team Time Trial
• Start Time - 10 am
• Course - Steels Creek
• Size of Team: 4 riders (minimum 3) required.
• Eligible Riders: All masters riders welcome - M1 and W1 upwards (Men 30yo+, Women 30yo+)
• Bike Type: Road or TT (no Tri water bottles on the front)
• Team Name: Your team will need a name. Think outside the box!
• Event Staff - As per the Volunteer Roster
• Results - RACE RESULTS
• Who - Racing is available to all AusCycling members over the age of 30 years old.

• Entry:Riders to enter separately via EntryBoss and include the names of your team members in the comments section. Team Captain - please identify yourself in the comments section and advise of the your team's name.

• **If you are interested in racing but are an individual or can't get a full team together, please speak to a board member or email board@easterncycling.com and we will help out.

Race Schedule

Check-in from 09:00 on the day. Check-in closes 15 minutes before the advertised start time.

Do not arrive at the last minute - allow yourself enough time to attach your race number.

Multiple bunches will be on the course at any given time. Be respectful as you overtake/are overtaken.

To ensure that we have a record of all participants registration is only via EntryBoss.

IF LATE REGISTRATIONS ARE ACCEPTED ON THE DAY, PAYMENT MUST BE VIA CASH WITH ADDITIONAL FEE OF $10

Licences

AusCycling Race All Discipline licences are required for this event.

It is your responsibility to ensure you have the correct licence. This will be verified when you register here.

If your licence has expired or otherwise has an issue we reserve the right to scratch you from the race.

No licence?

Not to worry! If you are eligible you can take out a 4-week free trial or sign up for a one or 7 day event licence.

On the Day

1. Upon arrival please confirm your attendance at the check-in desk and receive your race number.

2. A rider briefing will be conducted before each grade roll away. Please be ready when your grade is called.

3. At the end of each grade ALL riders must exit the course as fast and safely as possible, as other grades may still be racing.

4. ALL riders must ensure that they return their racing number to the check-in desk post racing.

5. Placegetters please wait for presentations and photos.

Scratching and Cancellation

• Scratching - Scratching is a self-serve, automated refund via EntryBoss if withdrawing within scratching cut-off.
• Event Cancellation - Riders will be provided with a full refund if the event is cancelled for any reason.
• Refunds - Refunds will not be provided for no-shows or if you scratch after the cut off.

Use of personal Images

I, the rider, hereby grant permission to Eastern Cycling Club to use photographs or video footage of me taken during club events for promotional purposes, including publication on social media platforms, the club website, and other marketing materials. I understand that these images may be used to highlight and promote club activities. If I do not wish for my image to be used in this manner, I will notify the race commissaire prior to the commencement of the event.

Individual taking Photograph or Video

Riders wishing to capture video or photographs during an Eastern Cycling Club event must first seek approval from the race commissaire prior to filming. This ensures that all content is taken in accordance with club policies and respects the privacy of participants. The race commissaire, in turn, is responsible for obtaining consent from all riders. No media should be recorded or shared without prior agreement from all relevant parties involved.
