About

• Minimum age 9 years. Age as at 31-Dec-2026.

Race 1 @ 5.30pm - U11/13 Male & Female - 20min race on shorter course.

Race 2 @ 5.30pm - U15/17 Male & Female - 40min race.

Race 3 @ 6.30pm - U19 and Adults Male & Female - 50min race.

Please note that you need a AusCycling RACE membership or DAY licence that is valid on the date of the event - please check before you sign up. There is a 4 week free trial membership available for new riders. Membership options are here: https://auscycling.org.au/become-a-member

If your membership expires before the date of the event, your registration remains provisional. YOU WILL NOT BE ADDED TO THE STARTLIST UNTIL YOUR MEMBERSHIP IS CONFIRMED.

We're sure your bike is in great nick, with working brakes, no play in the bearings and plugged bar ends. Mountain bike riding can be dangerous and we need you to wear a helmet and gloves.

Race Fees

• Juniors (up to 18) $5
• Seniors (19 and over) $10
  

All registrations will be online. There will be no on the day entries at the venue.

Scratching Need to withdrawal from the event? EntryBoss enables a self-serve refund if things change and you can't make the event. Please use the 'Scratch' button to trigger a refund and automatically remove yourself from the startlist. (Please note the scratching cut-off date/time as the button is not available after this).

Race Plates

We will use the race plates issued since 2022 (Blue plate with Black number). If you are a new rider then get your plate from the registration team at your first event. If it’s lost, damaged or forgotten you can get a replacement plate from the registration team on the night. A $10.00 fee may be charged if a forgotten plate is not returned.

Event Conditions

The event organiser reserves the right to change or cancel the event. This can be due to weather events or circumstances outside of the control of the event organiser. If an event is cancelled, rescheduling will occur where possible. Full refunds are available upon cancellation or for anyone unable to make the date of a rescheduled event.
