Welcome to the 2026 Club Champs!!

All riders are welcome at this event however if you wish to be eligible for a prize for a podium place you must be a Western Sydney Mountain Bike Club Member and raced one prior event. To become a member login to https://auscycling.org.au/become-a-member and choose or add Western Sydney Mountain Bike Club.

This is round 3 of the XC series of 6 races. Round 3 doubles up as the Club Champs and results will count toward the overall series. This race will be a good preview to the upcoming XCO State Series race on 5th July - enter this race now at https://entryboss.cc/races/30579

If your child wishes to race in another race other than their respective age group please add this in the comments section when entering. E.g. An under 13 can race in both under 13's and 15's just enter the u13's and add a comment to be placed in the U15's as well. All riders can choose their respective category - it is based on your ability and confidence to finish under 2 hours.

Registration

Registration is ONLINE ONLY and you must hold a valid AusCycling or One Day Event Licence. No late entries will be accepted. For licence information, please visit AusCycling Membership .

If you are under 15 and wish to race in multiple races at the same event please add this in the comments i.e u10's can race in u13's and u13's can race in u15's if they are competent to do so. Don't rely on volunteers to do this on race day.

By entering the E-BIKE category, you confirm that you are aged 19+ and that your e-bike complies with Australian Standards, and acknowledge that it may be inspected by race Commissaires.

All e-bikes must comply with Australian Standards and the AusCycling MTB Technical Regulations (2025 Edition) to ensure participant safety. This includes a motor cut-off at 25km/h, no throttle, and pedal-assist functionality only.

Riders may only use a single battery mounted on their bike and cannot carry or swap an additional battery during the race (this includes NO battery extenders).

One Day Event License

If you are not a current member, then you may include the purchase of a temporary membership in your entry. AusCycling's One Day Event License is a great option for people who like to race occasionally and would prefer not to commit for a full year. The cost for a One Day Event License is $44 + the entry fee and is fully refunded if the event is cancelled or you scratch prior to the event.

WSMTB Club Membership

If you are not already a member of the WSMTB Club through AusCycling you can add us to your license on the AusCycling website. Please visit AusCycling - Become A Member Of Multiple Clubs and select Western Sydney Mountain Bike Club from the list. Club membership cost $25 per year and offers discounted entry fees and helps support the running cost of the club.

Refunds: If we need to cancel for any reason, all riders will be given a 100% refund. We'll make every effort to notify riders the event is cancelled. If in doubt, please check this race listing for a notice and/or our social media pages.

Race Categories

Grades:: A, B, C, D, WA-WD, U15 B&G. U13 B&G, U11 B&G + Participation Ride, E-bike

Participation category is an introduction to racing. It is non competitive and will be the last group to start. Entrants will have a timing chip plate to get a recorded lap time.
