A reminder this is a National level AusCycling event. Sport Integrity Australia can conduct anti-doping testing at any event or competition. It is your responsibility to ensure you are aware of your obligations and have completed clean sport education.

International competitors wishing to compete in an Open Championships must have:
An international licence issued by a National Federation recognised by the UCI; and
Have met the AusCycling qualification standards below; and
Be a Member of a National Team recognised by a member National Federation of the UCI.
Note: International competitors cannot be considered for national team selection.
Domestic Riders must compete as part of a State Team. All riders must have a valid UCI ID
Six days of track cycling action at the Anna Meares Velodrome in Brisbane which will decide the 2026 AusCycling National Elite, Para Cycling and U19 Track National Champions.

U19 riders - Born in 2008 & 2009. This event requires a full all discipline race license. International riders will be required to produce their International License at Permenance.
Para Cycling (includes AWII & Transplant) - born 2012 or earlier
Any para-athlete competing without a National-level classification or with a Classification review date of 2026 or earlier will need to be scheduled for a Classification review. Classifications will be held on Sunday 22nd March at the Anna Meares Velodrome. Please contact: classification@auscycling.org.au to find out more.
All State Teams will confirm each riders events by completing the documentation supplied to each Team Manager by COB Friday 13th March, 2026

All riders who are not registered as 180+ - see UCI list here must submit the online form and cc track@auscycling.org.au and submit within 14 days of the competition or you will not be granted the exemption
A TUE is an exemption that allows an athlete to use, for therapeutic purposes only, an otherwise prohibited substance or method (of administering a substance). TUE approval may protect athletes from receiving a sanction if a prohibited substance is found in their sample. Who needs to complete a TUE in-advance for Cycling? Athletes who are:
• Competing in the Elite and U23 categories
• A member of the Registered Testing Pool, National Testing Pool or Domestic Testing Pool
• A member of a national open team/squad including athletes with a disability planning to compete at the Elite National Championships

The infield is a competition zone and access will be strictly limited to riders, handlers (i.e. coaches) and officials. Anyone accessing the infield will be required to have an accreditation pass. These will be checked at all infield entry points. All Team Officials are required to obtain appropriate accreditation through the Team Manager. This will be based on your team size.
