NCC is proud to be running the 51st consecutive Tour of the Riverland. This years edition will feature The Barry Skinner Classic Handicap, the opening round of the 2025 AusCycling Bikechain J19 Road Series, a three stage Junior Tour, and the 2025 Club Senior Criterium Championships.

We are proud to continue the legacy of this race, which is only possible due the generosity of our sponsors including, and in particular the Berri Hotel and Cervelo Australia - out long term major sponsors of the event. Volunteers

Like every race, from your local club crit to the Tour de France, we rely on an army of Volunteers to help make things happen on the day.

If you, or a friend or family can help out, we would be appreciative. We know some of these jobs can be thankless but the more hands we have the easier things are.

Stage 1 Road Race

Stage 1 will be run on a closed road circuit. U13-U17 will need to stay on the left-hand side of the road. J19 will have full use of the road when SAPOL support is present.

Stage 2 Time Trial

Racing will start with U13s at 14:45, followed by U15s, U17s, and U19. Final start time dependent on number of entries.

Presentations for Stage 1 and 2 to be held at the Presentation Dinner -  Sat 3rd May from 6pm at the Berri Hotel. Details to be released soon.

TT Equipment Restrictions
1.1 ONLY road bikes will be permitted in the TT, no time trial bikes
1.2 All road bikes MUST meet the UCI rules for mass start events. (ie- no aero/tt bars, no disc wheels, etc)
1.3 Time Trial style helmets and shoe covers will be permitted.
1.4 Helmet must have an Australian standards sticker or international equivalent to the Australian/New Zealand Standard 2063: · NSI Z90.4 · Snell "B" or "N" series · ASTM F1447 · Canadian CAN/CSAD113.2M · U.S. CPSC standard for bicycle helmets · European CEN standard for bicycle helmets (EN1078)
1.5 Helmet must be no longer than 450mm in length, no wider than 300mm and no higher than 210mm from top to bottom.
