Entry Categories & Fees

CATEGORIES will be the same as what we run each 2025 round. All categories to be contested.

The NOVICE EBIKE and NOVICE category will NOT contest a state championship medal at the event. There will be a usual GESA round medal for these categories.

FEES:

Adult Categories - including elite and open ebike categories - $85

U15, U17, U19 - $70

U13 and novice - $50

Novice including novice ebike - Free (One time only) - PLEASE NOTE THIS. Please message socials for the code to use when entering. You can race novice for the season.

This round WILL count towards series points for all categories.

Please check the following things before you enter.

• You must have a current AusCycling off-road racing membership.
  
• Your EntryBoss account must have the correct AusCycling membership number.
  

You will need a current AusCycling All-Race or Off-Road license to ride these events for insurance purposes. Day licenses are also accepted for this event.

Bring your license card / digital membership with you to sign-on! If this is your first try at racing you can get a FREE 4 week trial membership (only for people who have not held a CA or MTBA membership in the last 3 years).

Rules

The rules are here to keep everyone safe and ensure good sportsmanship. Whether you’re an Elite racer or a weekend warrior, the same rules apply. Not respecting the rules will result in a time penalty, disqualification or potential ban from racing.

Scratching and refunds

Scratching: Need to withdraw from the event? EntryBoss enables a self-serve refund if things change and you can't make the event. Please use the 'Scratch' button to trigger a refund and automatically remove yourself from the startlist, (Please note the scratching cut-off as the button is not available after this) .

Refunds are allowed in the week leading up to the race if you can provide a valid doctors certificate.

No refunds after the scratching cutoff 7.30pm, the Sunday 7 days prior to the event for any other reason. No transfers to future events or another rider either. We will not budge on this so do not ask.
