ANZAC DAY 20/25 - Friday 25th April

By entering this event, you agree to the following:
Grades - Separate races for Juniors, Women, Men and Masters Men
ANZAC 25 feature race for men - 25 laps (60km) with $2,000 (minimum) in prizemoney
ANZAC 20 feature race for women - 20 laps (48km) with $1,400 (minimum) in prizemoney
# Men's Grades Explanation -
A Grade (ANZAC 25) is open to all men graded by AusCycling as A Grade
B Grade is open to all men graded by AusCycling as B Grade
C Grade is open to all men graded by AusCycling as C Grade
To enter in Men's Masters Races -
A Grade men must be 35+ years
B Grade men must be 35+ years
C Grade men must be 40+ years
D Grade men must be 45+ years
# ANZAC 20 and 25 Explanation -
Anzac 20 is for A Grade women and ANZAC 25 is for A Grade men. However other Senior riders may choose to enter in these events. Please state if you wish to enter ANZAC 20 or 25 in the EntryBoss notes.

- 8:00 am U9 – 4 laps (shortened circuit)
- 8:02 am U11 – 4 laps (shortened circuit)
- 8:04 am U13 – 4 laps (shortened circuit)
- 8:30 am U15 – 20 mins + 1 lap
- 8:32 am U17 – 30 mins + 1 lap
Senior Races -
- 8:35 am Masters Men D Grade – 40 mins + 1 lap
- 9:00 am Women D Grade – 40 mins + 1 lap
- 9:15 am Masters Men C Grade – 45 mins + 1 lap (McCarthy Homes Bonus - Additional $500 prize for 1st place in Master Men C)
- 9:23 am Women C Grade – 45 mins + 1 lap
- 9:48 am Masters Men B Grade – 50 mins + 1 lap
- 10:08 am Women B Grade – 50 mins + 1 lap
- 10:15 am Masters Men A Grade – 60 mins + 1 lap
- 10:45 am Elite B Men – 50 mins + 1 lap
11:05 am Elite C Men – 45 mins + 1 lap
12 midday – ANZAC Day ceremony “Last Post”
12:10 pm – ANZAC Day 25 Feature – Men 25 laps
12:11 pm – ANZAC Day 20 Feature – Women 20 laps
Entry Fees -
Juniors - $15
Seniors - $50
Entry fee includes $10 fee for all riders which is paid direct to Lakeside Management

- Prizes - Cash prizes presented to all senior podium placegetters and Prime winners (values dependent on entries). Prime winners must complete their race to be eligible for the prize.
- Lakeside Fee + Disclaimer - A condition stipulated by the Lakeside management is that every rider must sign a Lakeside Park disclaimer. The $10 fee is included in the Entry fee, but riders (or guardians) will have to sign at the registration desk before being assigned a race number.
- Registration - The Registration room is beside the Control Tower. Riders must register no later than 15 minutes before their race start time and attend the Commissaire’s pre-race briefing.
- Marshalling Area - The Marshalling area is located in the Pit area adjacent to the Control Tower.
- Refreshments - The Lakeside Raceway canteen will be open throughout the day.
- Toilets - Male and Female toilets are located at the rear of the Control Tower.
- Parking - Park anywhere inside the circuit except where you might restrict vehicular access.
- Dogs - Dogs are strictly not permitted on any part of Lakeside Park.
- Access to Lakeside Raceway - From Narangba Road, turn into Lakeside Road, which passes through the Golf course. At the end of the road, enter the complex via the main gate. The gate across the track is closed for the entire event and will be under the control of a marshal. For vehicular access to the race registration/control area, follow the road to the right around the outside of the circuit that leads to the entrance tunnel. This tunnel is very low and will not accommodate roof-mounted bikes.
