Date: 18th May 2025

Entry fee: $30

Entries close: Fri, 16 May 2025 5:00 PM AEDT

Scratch cut-off: Wed, 14 May 2025 5:00 PM AEDT

Pay online by: Fri, 16 May 2025 5:00 PM AEDT

Registration and Start Times: Registration will open at 7:30 am. The first race will begin at 9 am. A detailed schedule is outlined below.

Event Categories

The following event categories will be conducted during all State Series rounds and recognised accordingly in the series points.

U9	Male/Female	3kms
U11	Male/Female - Novice/Racing	5kms
U13 (M/F)	Male/Female - Novice/Racing	7kms
U15 (M/F)	Male/Female - Novice/Racing	12kms
U17	Male/Female	15kms
U19	Male/Female	20kms

Individual courses will determine actual race distance

Riders can choose to enter either one of two categories in their chosen age category:

• Novice category is suitable for a rider who is new to MTB racing or has limited experience racing before.
• Racing category is suitable for a rider who is experienced and raced at either Club, State or National levels.

9:10 am	Under 9 Boys and Under 9 Girls
9:20 am	Under 11 Boys and Under 11 Girls Race and Novice divisions
9:40 am	Under 13 Boys and Under 13 Girls Novice division
10:10 am	Under 13 Boys and Girls Race division
10:40 am	Under 15 Boys Novice division
11:30 am	Under 15 Boys Race division
12:15 pm	Under 15, Under 17, Under 19 Girls, Race & Novice divisions
1:00 pm	Under 17 and Under 19 Boys Novice division
2:00 pm	Under 17 and Under 19 Boys Race division
