About WSMTB Club Day at Yellomundee

Junior training

This month we are offering Junior Training with Pete Tydeman an AusCycling accredited coach.Everyone is welcome to join, including less experienced riders, with the session run according to the skills of the group.

You will practice the most important skills you need for mountain biking and enjoy a ride around the junior tracks Yellomundee has for racing.

Parents are welcome to walk, run or ride with their juniors, who can ride any bike they own, or chat to the track work team and lend them a hand raking and tidying the trails. We can’t wait to see you….

Women’s coaching

Ky Dobrowolski our Women's Co-ordinator along with Venesa Brusić and Lizy Timm will be hosting a Women only group ride around the track taking the time to look at features and session any of them that you may be unsure about. Ky, Vanesa & Lizy are all AusCycling accredited coaches.

Track work

We will be conducting our regular trail maintenance in preparation for the upcoming XC round.

Social Ride

The social ride is an opportunity to ride the next XC rounds track and practice any features.

By entering the E-bike category you agree that your e-Bike used at our events to complies with Australian Standards and understand that it may be scrutinised by the race Commissaires.

One Day Event Licence

If you are not a current member, then you may include the purchase of a temporary membership in your entry. AusCycling's One Day Event Licence is a great option for people who like to race occasionally and would prefer not to commit for a full year. The cost for a One Day Event Licence is $44 + the entry fee and is fully refunded if the event is cancelled or you scratch prior to the event.

WSMTB Club Membership

If you are not already a member of the WSMTB Club through AusCycling you can add us to your licence through AusCycling. Please visit AusCycling - Become A Member Of Multiple Clubs and select Western Sydney Mountain Bike Club from the list. Club membership cost $25 per year and offers discounted entry fees and helps support the running cost of the club.
