An exciting opportunity to race on a closed road circuit, thanks to SA Water. The course takes riders on laps of the SA Water; Mt Bold Reservoir - tourist loop, 2.1km long - Refer link below. We will likely race in an anticlockwise direction with a hill top Finish line proposed at the dam wall - to be determined and confirmed with chief commissionaire on the day.

The race is on SA Water property on a closed road circuit. A great opportunity but has the following requirements that must be obeyed and met by all participants and spectators. It is a requirement of the entry that you read and familiarise your self with the below information and the event plan:

See map - Car parking is on the approach road into the reservoir on Mt Bold Rd, please park on the left / approach side of the road only, to keep the road open and free for vehicle movements. Event vehicles only to access the facility beyond the gate, first aid, commissionaire, race director, timing and sign on.
No Access to the banks or waters edge of the reservoir. No access to any areas sign posted as no public access. No access to the internal SA Water Depot.
No warming up on course please use Mt Bold Rd. Access to the course will only be available during breaks of racing as nominated below. The first lap of each event will be neutral to enable riders to familiarise them selves with the course. Note there are technical tight and at times off camber corners on the circuit, you will need to take caution. If there is a crash on a secluded part of the circuit please inform the closest marshaling point.

All taps on site are not potable and not suitable for drinking. Bring spare water bottles from home, NCC will supply some water at sign on and at the finish but will be limited. If a hot day please bring a supply of water (2-3L) with you in your car, or if riding up throw an extra bottle in your pocket.
Toilet facilities available - at the finish line near the dam. Refer map. You can only move on the course to access these between races.
In the case of an emergency the assembly point will be at the gates to the reservoir on Mt Bold Rd. In the case of bush fire evacuate the site and get to a safer place:

Bushfire Last Resort Refuges: Meadows Oval
Bushfire Last Resort Refuges: Not suitable for extended use and provides only limited protection during bushfire.
