• Location: - Harrison St Velodrome, East Brunswick
• Costumes - Costumes do not have to Xmas-themed, but getting dressed up is central to the event's spirit, racing or not! Have a think about your outfit though and any cultural sensitivities that might be relevant.
• Races - The nature of this event is multiple short races (10-15mins), some fun races and then the highlight race the Brunswick Cycling Club CX ~World~ Club Champs^ (aka the BCCCXCC) which may or may not be the most serious fun race you see all year.
• Getting There: - We highly recommend riding your bike, but if not there is limited parking on the south side of Harrison St
• Parking: - IMPORTANT - Please respect our LOCAL Residents. There will be no parking on the east side of Harrison St North.
• SSCX! - Singlespeed drivetrain (tensioners, zip ties and SS kits ok), tyres < 45mm, fully rigid frame, flat/drop bars, 26"/700C ok.

3:00PM	Registration and Course Opens	Rego until 10mins before your race begins
3:45PM	(Loosely) Graded Racing begins - kids first then upwards through the grades	15min races
6:30PM	Relay Race (handicapped by Mr Pink, may/may not feature Weetbix)	20 Minutes
7:15PM	BCCCXCC - Main Race	20 Minutes
7:45PM	Presentations	15 Minutes
8:00PM	Clean Up	30 Minutes

Race Fees

• Adults: $10 (Female+Male+GNC/NB categories offered)
• DAY LICENCE PURCHASERS Free Entry with your day licence (when purchased here)
• Kids/Balance Bikes: $FREE on the day

Scratching: - Scratching is a self-serve, automated refund via EntryBoss if within cut-off time

Race Day Procedures

• Rego Close: - Rego closes 10 minutes prior race start.
• No Licence, No Race: - riders need a current licence (or proof of renewal) to race. This includes full, off-road, trial or single day licences
• New to Racing: - Day Licences are available for new riders ($55). You can add one while entering. Otherwise - Take advantage of the AusCycling 4 week free trial.
• On-the-day Entries: - All Kids/Balance Bikes entries are on the day! For adults, if available, will close 10 minutes prior race start. Please arrive early to improve your chances of a race start.
• Announcements: - Please check facebook or instagram for any announcements regarding racing.
