Date: Saturday 4th May Sign in by 1pm for 1:30 pm start. Juniors start 12:30

Location/Course: Warion Loop

Distance:
(average speeds /max effort indication)

A & B grades 3 laps - 66km.
(A grade - 40k average B grade 38k)

C & D grades 2 laps - 44km.
(C grade 36km average, D 34km/hr)

E grade 1 lap - 22km.
(32km/hr average)

Grades/Handicaps - please indicate normal average speed when racing... (Outside 10% speed difference may equal disqualification)

Juniors (handicap)

10km or 5km (age/numbers depending) 22km 1 lap with E grade also available (1:30 start) Start time - 12:30 (Handicaps - please indicate normal average speed or time of last race with distance)
