A & B grades 3 laps - 66km.
(A grade - 40k average B grade 38k)

C & D grades 2 laps - 44km.
(C grade 36km average, D 34km/hr)

E grade 1 lap - 22km.
(32km/hr average)

Juniors - 10km or 5km (numbers depending) (Handicapped - please indicate normal average speed or time of last race with distance)
