The Event Organisers acknowledge the Wurundjeri Woi-wurrung people as the Traditional Owners of the land on which this event takes place. We acknowledge not only this ancestral relationship, but also the ongoing deep feelings of attachment and relationship of the people of this nation to Country. We respect and value their past, present and ongoing connection to the land and cultural beliefs. We also pay our respects to their Elders past and present, and we extend that respect to other Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander groups.

- Location: - Harrison St Velodrome, East Brunswick
- Costumes - Costumes do not have to Halloween-themed, but getting dressed up is central to the event's spirit, racing or not! Have a think about your outfit though and any cultural sensitivities that might be relevant.
- Races - The nature of this event is multiple short races (10-15mins), a some fun races and then the highlight race the Brunswick Cycling Club CX ~World~ Club Champs^ (aka the BCCCXCC) which may or may not be the most serious fun race you see all year.
- Getting There: - We highly recommend riding your bike, but if not there is limited parking on the south side of Harrison St
- Parking: - IMPORTANT - Please respect our LOCAL Residents. There will be no parking on the east side of Harrison St North.
- SSCX! - Singlespeed drivetrain (tensioners, zip ties and SS kits ok), tyres < 40mm, fully rigid frame, flat/drop bars, 26"/700C ok.

Race Fees
- Adults: $10
- DAY LICENCE PURCHASERS Free Entry with your day licence (when purchased here)
- Kids/Balance Bikes: $FREE on the day
Scratching: - Scratching is a self-serve, automated refund via EntryBoss if within cut-off time
Race Day Procedures
- Rego Close: - Rego closes 10 minutes prior race start.
- No Licence, No Race: - riders need a current licence (or proof of renewal) to race.
- New to Racing: - You can but a Day Licence 3 Race Licences are available for new riders ($55 on the day). Please allow time to process prior to race time. Take advantage of the AusCycling 4 week free trial.
- On-the-day Entries: - All Kids/Balance Bikes entries are on the day! For adults, if available, will close 10 minutes prior race start. Please arrive early to improve your chances of a race start.
- Announcements: - Please check facebook or instagram for any announcements regarding racing.
