• This event is not open to Temporary Memberships
  
• Financial AusCycling 'Race All Discipline or Lifestyle' members only
  
• This event is open to U19 - Masters aged riders in the following categories:

U19 Men
U19 Women
Elite Men
Elite Women
Masters Men 90+
Masters Women 90+
Masters Men 120+
Masters Women 120+
Masters Men 150+
Masters Women 150+
Masters Men 180+
Masters Women 180+

• The sum of the ages of the youngest three starters on the day must equal to sum in the category name or more. Age is based on YEAR of birth
  
• All starting teams earn club points toward the NSW TTT Club Shield

Entry Conditions

Entry for the entire team is completed in one transaction - please ensure that the information provided for all of the team's nominations is complete and correct prior to submission.

Please enter the Team Manager information into the entry remarks section of the entry portal:
* Name of Team Manager
* Membership Number of Team Manager
* Contact Phone & Email of Team Manager (all communications with be made only with the Team Manager)

• Information for up to six (6) nominations (minimum of three) on each team

• Rider’s Date Of Birth

• On completion, the Team Manager will receive an email confirmation for each team entered detailing all of the information submitted for the team.

MAKING CHANGES TO YOUR TEAM NOMINATIONS | Online changes available until 2nd October 2023

Each team is permitted to nominate up to six (6) riders for their team of which a minimum of three (3) and a maximum of four (4) may start on the day. The team is only required to nominate three (3) riders on entry. However, teams have the option of nominating up to six (6) or changing the nominations up until 2nd October 2023. To change your team’s nominations, please email olivia.forrest@auscycling.org.au

Refund Policy

Entry Refund Any rider (entered into an AusCycling event or promoted event in NSW) who wishes to receive a refund more than 8 days prior to the event may do so by withdrawing by scratching themselves via their EntryBoss account. Any rider seeking a refund within 8 days on an event must submit a doctor's certificate to AusCycling All refund requests within 8 days of an event should be sent to olivia.forrest@auscycling.org.au
