Event Information

This is Round 6, and the final round, of the Northern Inland Cross Country Series for 2023. Hosted in an XCO style format, with race duration planned according to age group category, including an all ages Elite option.
A recreational option is also available for the less competitive, who wish to participate for the experience but do not wish to be timed.

• Elite Male & Female
• Expert age category Male & Female (Ages 20-29)
• Masters age categories Male & Female (Ages 30-39, 40 to 49, 50-59, 60-69 & 70+)
• Open ages E-Bike Male & Female
• Under 19, 17, 15 and U13s for Male and Female
• Recreational for all ages (non-timed)

There are two other listings to allow riders to decide between distances they could choose.
(NIXCS event is for NIXCS Series points only in a XCO lap format, the OCP Series is a +2hr and 5hr event)

Race Route/Loop

This XCO style race will include a combination of Tamworth Mountain Bike Park green and blue rated trails combined to make a lap distance of approximately 7-8km per lap.

The quantity of laps is set according to each category, with the maximum race duration limited to 2:00 hours:

Entry Cost

All riders require a Auscycling licence to race. If rider is not a Auscycling member then a $35 per day race licence will need to be purchased on top of the below costs.
