Sunday Racing

Please note that the Southern Cross Junior Open will take place on Sunday 2nd July 2023 and will feature two races for each age category. This event is the fourth round of the NSW/ACT Northwave Junior Road Series for 2023!
Riders (U13 - U17) will be able to collect points throughout the rounds which will total up to determine an overall winner after 6 rounds of competitive racing!

Age Categories & Eligibility

• U9, U11, U13, U15, U17
• Age Categories for this event are as per 2023 ages effective from 1st October 2022.
• Financial AusCycling 'Race All Discipline' members only.
• This event is not open to Temporary or Recreational Memberships

To win a Country & Metropolitan Championship Medal rider must be a primary member of an affiliated NSW Country or Metropolitan club. Interstate riders are allowed to compete but cannot win a Championship Medal.

Prizes & Presentations

• NSW Metropolitan & Country Championship Medals will be awarded to eligible participants
• Presentations will be held throughout the day as close to conclusion of each event as possible
• The MC will advise when presentations will be held
• All placegetters must be in their cycling kit for the presentation

Refund Policy

Entry Refund Any rider (entered into an AusCycling event or promoted event in NSW) who wishes to receive a refund more than 8 days prior to the event may do so by withdrawing by scratching themselves via their EntryBoss account. Any rider seeking a refund within 8 days on an event must submit a doctor's certificate to AusCycling All refund requests within 8 days of an event should be sent to olivia.forrest@auscycling.org.au
