Many of our riders use track training to enhance performance, skills and tactics as well as to keep fit, however new riders to track are very welcome with more experienced riders providing guidance on getting used to track.
With a wide range of events track racing can suit sprinters and endurance riders alike.
We cannot ride in the the rain. A post will be made on our Facebook/Twitter page if training will be cancelled due to bad weather.
The Family discount works on an honour system and is intended for members of the same family household racing together.
The cap is $5 per family - pls pay for the first family member as normal, then use the promo code FAMILY to trigger free entry to any family member after that.
Gear restrictions apply to all junior cyclists in events conducted under Cycling Australia/AusCycling regulations on the road and track.
The restrictions referred to is the distance one revolution of the crank arm will propel the bicycle, this is known as the ‘roll out’.
More info here on junior gearing and roll out here:
Due to velodrome's steep banking, only track bikes can be used. The club has a limited number of track bikes, so first in, first served!
Riders must have a current Cycling Australia RACE License. License Information is available here: http://membership.cycling.org.au/
