Pricing

Please note that we are limited on village space for this round.

Tent space will be for the main village.

If you would like to be beside a specific team or sponsor please let us know and we will try to accommodate your request.

Tent space location will be allocated prior to the event and with the map being posted on social media. Locations must be strictly adhered to - don't pester the volunteers about changing layouts otherwise you will simply lose your space!

Car parking will be available (free) on the hill away from the village, but you will be able to pick up and drop off equipment at the village.

No tents will be allowed in the normal bowl area without paying. (There will be extremely limited space on the mezzanine on the Saturday).

Note: Although the park will be locked overnight, the club accepts no responsibility for any items left in the park overnight.
