4Five+, SPR & NBCC have come together to book the Splendid Park cycling facility for a session of female only twilight laps, with an option to stay on and enjoy a catch up over pizza or a picnic.

It should be a fun night out, whether you are brand new to racing and crit curious, or an experienced racer keen to nail down the best lines at this wonderful new circuit.

Accredited AusCycling coach Bec Wheadon will be running an introduction to crit skills session from 5.00-5.45pm. This is targeted at riders new to crits. Hopefully there will be time for some crit-style games for everyone after the coaching session.

Licence Requirements

An AusCycling membership (licence) is required for ALL participants. Suitable memberships types include:
