Age Categories & Eligibility

• U9, U11, U13, U15, U17
• Age Categories for this event are as per 2022 ages effective from 1st October 2021.
• Financial AusCycling 'Race All Discipline' members only.
• This event is not open to Temporary or Recreational Memberships
• U9 Participation event riders must hold, at minimum, a current AusCycling 'Lifestyle' membership for insurance purposes

Schedule

Day 1: Lansdowne Criterium Track

• 7:30am - Sign-on
• 8:30am - First Race
• Stage 1 - Prologue, Lansdowne Criterium Park
• Stage 2 - Kermesse, Lansdowne Criterium Park
• Junior Handicap Event

Day 2: Oakville Public School

• No Sign-on
• 9:00am - First Race
• Stage 3 - Road Race - Oakville 3km/7km circuit

Junior handicap is a stand alone event on the Saturday. It is not a part of JTOS General Classification. There will be separate prizes awarded to Junior Handicap events given to: - Fastest time - Top 5 over the line

Prizes

Prizes will be awarded to overall top 5 of each age category. There are prizes for non-podium best first year, and prizes for Junior Handicap events.

Photography at event

By entering my child into this event, I, as the child’s parent or guardian.

• Acknowledge that photographs and videos of my child may be taken during the event; and
• Give permission for AusCycling and the event promoter to record, keep, publish and display such photographs and videos of my child.

Please note that photographs and videos of competitors may be taken during the event. Please advise AusCycling by e-mail at sam.layzell@auscycling.org.au if you do not give permission for the promoter and / or AusCycling to keep, publish and display photographs and videos of your child from this event.

Refund Policy

Entry Refund Any rider (entered into an AusCycling event or promoted event in NSW) who wishes to receive a refund more than 8 days prior to the event may do so by withdrawing by scratching themselves via their EntryBoss account. Any rider seeking a refund within 8 days on an event must submit a doctor's certificate to AusCycling All refund requests within 8 days of an event should be sent to olivia.forrest@auscycling.org.au
