Eligible Age and Membership Categories

• U15: Born in 2008 or 2009
• U17: Born in 2006 or 2007
• U19/Seniors: Born in 2004 or before

All participants are required to hold a valid AusCycling LIFESTYLE or RACE ALL DISCIPLINE membership
Please note temporary/trial memberships cannot be accepted as they cover riders for club events only.

• JW15/JM15* (enter via before Sunday 7 August 2022)
• JW17/JM17* (enter via before Sunday 7 August 2022)
• Women and Men ABC and Non-Aero
• Para-cycling (please state your classification when entering)

Entry Fees and Refunds

• Until Sunday 31 July 2022: $45 (+ credit card fees)

• From Monday 1 August 2022: $55 (+ credit card fees)

IMPORTANT: After a successful entry the rider will automatically be given the status provisionally entered. This is normal and means the entry has officially been registered. The status won’t change until grading and membership have been confirmed by an AusCycling staff member.

The status ‘doubtful’ or ‘waitlisted’ generally means the event category has reached it’s capacity and a rider has been moved to a waitlist.

Scratching/refunds Riders wishing to scratch and get a refund from the event can do by logging into their Entryboss account using the scratch button. A medical certificate within 7 days of the event will be required for refunds after entries have closed.

Late entries may be accepted on a case by case and will incur a late entry fee of up to 25% of the standard entry fees.

These are Open State Championships with interstate riders eligible to compete and to be awarded medals.

Venue

Competitor parking will be on-site at and around the Education Centre at the Mokoan Hub and Café. There are outside toilets/changing rooms and a café on site. Delicious food, coffee and cold beverages will served. For sit down meals (including yummy all-morning breakfasts) you will need to book ahead.
