All participants are required to hold a valid AusCycling Race All Discipline membership
Please note temporary/trial memberships cannot be accepted as they cover riders for club events only.

Entry Fees and Refunds

Until Sunday 31 July 2022
  • U11/U13: $50 (+ credit card fees)
  • U15/U17: $60 (+ credit card fees)
From Monday 1 August 2022
  • U11/U13: $55 (+ credit card fees)
  • U15/U17: $65 (+ credit card fees)

IMPORTANT: After a successful entry the rider will automatically be given the status provisionally entered. This is normal and means the entry has officially been registered. The status won’t change until grading and membership have been confirmed by an AusCycling staff member.

The status ‘doubtful’ or ‘waitlisted’ generally means the event category has reached it’s capacity and a rider has been moved to a waitlist.

Scratching/refunds Riders wishing to scratch and get a refund from the event can do by logging into their Entryboss account using the scratch button. A medical certificate within 7 days of the event will be required for refunds after entries have closed.

Late entries may be accepted on a case by case and will incur a late entry fee of up to 25% of the standard entry fees.


Event Details

Registration

  • Registration opens at 9:00am at the Glenrowan Primary School, corner of Beaconsfield Parade and the Old Hume Hwy, Glenrowan. Please refer to maps below

  • Riders must register at least 30 minutes before their start time. The recommended route to get to Registration is via the Glenrowan Township using Gladstone Street and turning into Beaconsfield Parade. Registration will be in the school grounds.

  • Riders competing in both the Saturday Road Race and Sunday ITT must hold on to their race numbers and transponders to use again on Sunday. You will need to sign in again on Sunday morning.

Race Format and Regulations

The following regulations will apply:

These are Open State Championships with interstate riders eligible to compete and to be awarded medals.


Venue

  • There will be a clearly signed traffic DETOUR in place at the Finish Line in front of the Glenrowan Primary School from 9am. The recommended route to get to the start and registration area is via the Glenrowan Township using Gladstone Street and turning into Beaconsfield Parade.

  • Competitor parking will be in Beaconsfield Parade. Please observe the areas reserved for Official parking and Marshaling areas. See map below.

  • Please be mindful of the local residents. Do not leave any rubbish behind.
