There will be no late entries accepted for this event. To ensure that you do not miss out on participating in the event, please ensure you enter in accordance with the closing date stipulated.

Oceania Championships/Challenge Categories

Challenge - Juniors - U13 (M/F)	11-12	16 Riders (8 x Male and 8 x Female)*
Challenge - Juniors - U15 (M/F)	13-14	16 Riders (8 x Male and 8 x Female)*
Challenge - Amateur (M/F)	15+	24 Riders (12 x Male and 12 x Female)*
Challenge - Masters (M/F)	30+	12 Riders (6 x Male and 6 x Female)*
Championship - Elite (M/F)	15+	30 Riders (15 x Male and 15 x Female)*

Note: * A waitlist will be set up and upon entry close, limits will be reviewed based on entries/waitlists received.

For example:
- If there are more male riders wanting to enter than the limit listed, and less female riders than the limit listed, the number of spots will be increased for males and decreased for females, up to the total number of riders specified for each category.
- Alternatively, if one category is undersubscribed and another category is oversubscribed, entry limits may be increased/decreased per category as required, based on demand.

Please Note: We recommend entering the event early to ensure your spot. Should the entry limits be met for any category, riders will need to enter onto the waitlist. Once entries close, numbers will be reviewed and category limits will be adjusted based on entries received to accommodate as many riders on the waitlist as possible.

• Credit Card Fees are additional to the fees above and passed on at cost (1.2% + 30c per entry)
  

Scratching

• Entered & now can't make it? An automated refund is available using the EntryBoss' Scratching mechanism.

• Please note: In order to receive a refund, riders must scratch by the entry close date. After this date has passed, in order to obtain a refund, riders must request a refund via email to events@auscycling.org.au, with a copy of their medical certificate attached. The refund request and medical certificate must be received by AusCycling prior to race day (for clarity this is prior to 10 April 2022). Event Cancellation Refunds

• Riders will receive 100% refunds if the event is cancelled.

• Please Note: In the event that the Oceania Championships are unable to proceed, a C1 event for elite riders will still be run on this day.
