We are taking COVID-19 restrictions seriously.
By entering this event, you agree to the following:
The events will be a mentoring session for new racers followed by two graded handicap criteriums, with two grades on the circuit at once. The faster grade will start after a suitable time gap, with the aim of catching the slower grade.
Grades are limited to 15 entrants per grade
This is a team event, with riders in teams of three. Team members can enter any combination of grades. Participation points from all three team members will go towards the overall total, with additional points awarded to the top 5 finishers in each criterium event.
All teams need to register to be eligible to collect points for the Sanctuary Summer Series Teams Prize.
Registered teams will be given early access to event entry. Each team member will need to enter each event.
Individuals without a team will only be able to enter after the team early access period has expired, when entries will go public. There is a wait list if we hit capacity (60 riders).
Registrations for mentoring only, creche, and volunteers will be per round also.
Team kit is preferred but not required, however riders from any given team are requested to wear similar colours (e.g. black jerseys).

Meet at the 4F Banner at 5pm. New riders will receive a run-down of the ins & outs of criteriums. D Grade riders are then invited to join mentors on course, where we will break the course down into sections, and discuss ways to maximize bunch efficiency (handicap racing is all about working together)
Please put MENTORING in the entry remarks when you register on EntryBoss if you want to join the session
This is a fun session for the kids, involving chaperoned laps around the circuit for all budding cyclists. Anyone can join in on any bike, but you need a helmet. An AusCycling license is required for this event.
A creche service will be provided free of charge, sponsored by Dome Westralia Plaza. Numbers are strictly limited and bookings per event are essential.
We are always looking for volunteers to assist with registration desk, first aid etc. If you or someone you know is able to volunteer at our event, please let us know. Teams providing a volunteer will earn series points (up to 5 points per team per round) - make sure you tick the volunteering box when you enter to secure points.
