COVID-19 Restrictions / Requirements

1. Registrations will open until the advertised close date (see above). There will be no late entries.
   
2. Registration and number returns, please follow CCC official instructions, ensure you use hand sanitiser provided, and maintain social distancing.
   
3. Entrants can SCRATCH up until the scratching cut-off (see above)
4. There will be NO REFUND if you DO NOT START.
   
5. If you are put on a wait list, you will be notified prior to the event as to whether you have been awarded a start.
6. In the case of the event being cancelled all entries will be refunded in full.
   
7. Adhere to all government guidelines.

• Scratching: You can withdraw your entry with a self-serve, automated refund via EntryBoss if you are within the scratching cut-off time. Please return to the EntryBoss Race Listing and use the 'Scratch' button. Closing date TBA

• My Laps Timing Chips: You must have a MyLaps timing chip to participate. Hire of a timing chip is $5. If you have your own timing chip please ensure this is recorded in your Entry Boss profile - you will not be able to untick the transponder hire option until you have a transponder recorded on your profile.

• Racing - from UN17s 56KM 11.00am Opposite Crown Hotel

• Presentations - State Junior Road Race Championships 1.30 pm Crown Hotel
  

Race Day Procedures

• No License, No Race: - riders need a current Full junior AusCycling license (or proof of renewal email) to race. No Day Licenses or 2 - 7 Day License will be accepted. (http://membership.cycling.org.au/Packages/Racing)
