Well we thought we would be racing in York but alas no. The York Council rejected our application after weeks waiting for an answer. So we apologise if any of you had made arrangements or booked accommodation. We do hope to race in York again however we will see what happens next year.
BUT we are racing at Jarrahdale on short notice and we will use the state champs track from last year. Jarrahdale is always fun, fast and great for riders of all skill levels. This time of year will see the pea gravel nicely wet down making for some great riding.
We are working on a Sprockets course too and will finalise that as soon as we can.
So come along for the last race of the 2021 State Series (What! that feels like it happened all too quickly)
Also......... State Champs will occur on the 22nd of August at the NEW GOAT FARM. If you have not been recently you need to go and check out what is already finished. I am asking everyone to get on board this year and race the GF. The new trails are literally world class and as the trail custodians it will be proper awesome to run the first race on the new trails. GET ON IT, entries will be open soon!
Entered and can't make it? Use the Scratch button in EntryBoss for an automated refund. There is a cut-off for scratching date/time so please keep an eye on this if you are a risk of not being able to race. Also, once you scratch, you will need the help of an admin if you need to re-enter (and you are back in the queue like everyone else if entries are pumping).
Langford Park, Nettleton Road, Jarrahdale
Course will be marked on Saturday afternoon prior to race sunday. You are very welcome to ride the course on your own watch once it is marked out. Better still come along and help, its always a great way to preview the ride.
Park in the marked bays in the main car park. Once the car park is full please park on the road shoulder facing out of the park. This is always good in case we need to evacuate at any time for any reason.
Registration tent for those without a number plate will be from 8am. If you have a plate already you are good to go. If you have forgotton your plate on the day come and see the folks at the rego tent.
Looking forward to a great day of XCO racing, see you there.
