The Goldfields Cyclassic is a two-day, two-stage handicap race across the Goldfields from Kalgoorlie-Boulder to Menzies and on to Leonora.

The Cyclassic offers a complete weekend package experience. After boarding the plane on Saturday morning, all you need to do is focus on racing your bike - everything else will be taken care of!

Entry categories

2021 GOLDFIELDS CYCLASSIC - RACE

Entry categories: A-D grade

Standard entry fee: $170 (Early Bird $140)

Standard entry flight (optional): $320 (until sold out) (Early Bird $250) Seats are limited to one per entry.

Jersey Fee: $80*

Early Bird Entries: 4 April to 2 May 2021

All entries include event participation, ground support and dinner at the Awards Ceremony in Menzies Town Hall on 5 June 2021.

* Jerseys can be ordered up until 18 April 2021 for delivery on 5 June 2021. Orders can be placed subsequent to that date with delivery after the event.

Additional Options

• Charter flight to/from the event - $320 ($250 during the early bird period) per seat for all Standard Entries, until sold out (one seat per entry only).
  Check the Cyclassic website for flight details. The flight duration is approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes and is the most convenient way to experience the event if travelling from Perth. If there are seats available after 30 May 2021 they will be made available for non-riders until sold out.

• Tickets for the Awards Presentation dinner in Menzies are available to accompanying guests. The cost is $20 for each additional guest. Dinner tickets, including guest tickets will be placed in riders' registration bags. Tickets must be shown on entry to the Menzies Classic Awards dinner.

• Bike transport Perth to Kalgoorlie & return - option available at no charge.

Included in every entry

• Bus from Kalgoorlie airport to registration, and from the Bowling Club in Leonora to the airport
• Bus transport to Morapoi on Saturday night after the Awards dinner and fireworks display and return to Menzies on Sunday morning
• Storage of bikes on Saturday night in the Allied truck
• Complimentary water, soft drinks, muffins, fruit after each stage
• Complimentary drinks and nibbles at the Bowling Club in Leonora prior to the Awards presentations
• Bike Mechanic at registration and in Menzies on Sunday morning

_Event Jerseys can be purchased up until the 18th of April 2021 for arrival on 5 June 2021. Jerseys can still be ordered but delivery will be after the event. _

Refunds

Scratching: You can withdraw your entry with a self-serve, automated refund via EntryBoss prior to 23rd May, 5pm. Please return to the EntryBoss Race Listing and use the 'Scratch' button. After the scratching cut-off, any refunds due to withdrawal are at the discretion of the event organiser.

No Licence, No Race: Riders need a current licence (or proof of renewal email) to race. AusCycling memberships only.
