The Cyclassic Community Fondo offers you the complete outback cycling experience!

Get ready to explore the riches of the Goldfields and experience the rush of successfully completing the Menzies Classic. From the moment you board the plane on Saturday morning, relax and enjoy the ride knowing that everything will be taken care of. All you need to do is ride your bike!

Entry categories & options

2021 GOLDFIELDS CYCLASSIC - COMMUNITY FONDO

Standard entry fee: $35 (Early Bird $25)
Standard entry flight (optional) : $320 (until sold out) (Early Bird $250) Seats are limited to one per entry

Jersey: $80*

Early Bird Entries: 4 April to 2 May 2021

All entries include event participation, and ground support.

* Jerseys can be ordered until 18 April, 2021 for delivery by 5 June 2021. Jerseys can be ordered after this date but delivery will be after the event.

Additional Options

• Charter flight to/from the event - $320 (Early Bird $250) per seat, for all Standard Entries, until sold out. Seats are limited to one per entry. Flight details can be found on the Cyclassic website. The flight duration is approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes and is the most convenient way to experience the event if you are travelling from Perth. If there are seats available after 30 May 2021 they will be made available to non-riders.

• Tickets to the Awards Presentation Dinner in Menzies are available for purchase for the cost of $20. Additional tickets can be also be purchased for guests at a cost of $20. Tickets must be shown for entry into the dinner.

• Bike & camping gear transport Perth to Kalgoorlie & return - option available at no charge. Bikes & camping gear cannot be carried on the charter flight.

Included in every entry

• Bus from Kalgoorlie airport to registration, and from the Bowling Club in Leonora to the airport
• Bus transport to Morapoi on Saturday night after the Awards dinner and fireworks display and return to Menzies on Sunday morning
• Storage of bikes on Saturday night in the Allied truck (if required)
• Complimentary water, soft drinks, muffins, fruit after the ride
• Bike Mechanic at registration on Saturday 5 June 2021

Refunds

Scratching: You can withdraw your entry with a self-serve, automated refund via EntryBoss if you are within the scratching cut-off time on May 23rd, 2021. Please return to the EntryBoss Race Listing and use the 'Scratch' button. After the scratching cut-off, any refunds due to withdrawal are at the discretion of the event organiser.

Additional information

No Licence, No Race. An AusCycling licence is required for all Community Fondo riders (for insurance purposes). AusCycling offer a "Lifestyle" licence at a cost of $7. Click HERE to purchase your licence. You will need to show proof of purchase of your licence at Registration
