About

Join us for a kids & adult TRIATHLON on the pristine shores of Rockingham Foreshore, located at the Alexandra Street car park on Rockingham Beach Road. The kids races will be the usual Swim-Bike-Run format but the seniors race will be our Supermix format which is Run-Bike-Swim-Bike-Run.

This race will also include the FTC vs RTC Tri Challenge Cup.

We will be firing up the BBQ so bring along some cash for a $2 Sausage Sizzle.
