FEES:

Adult Categories - including elite and open ebike categories - $90

U15, U17, U19 - $75

U13 and novice - $55

U11 and U9 - $40

Guardian Rider - $10

Novice categories including novice ebike, U11 and U9 - Free for one race only - PLEASE NOTE THIS. You can race novice for the season. DM or email GESA for the free code BEFORE entering.

Please check the following things before you enter.

• You must have a current AusCycling off-road racing membership. Shadow riders, U11 and U9 riders can have a Lifestyle membership.
• Your EntryBoss account must have the correct AusCycling membership number.
  
• Day licenses and 4 week trial licenses are also accepted for this event. Four week trial license only for people who have not held a CA or MTBA membership in the last 3 years

The rules are here to keep everyone safe and ensure good sportsmanship. Whether you’re an Elite racer or a weekend warrior, the same rules apply. Not respecting the rules will result in a time penalty, disqualification or potential ban from racing.

Scratching and refunds

Scratching: Need to withdraw from the event? EntryBoss enables a self-serve refund if things change and you can't make the event. Please use the 'Scratch' button to trigger a refund and automatically remove yourself from the startlist, (Please note the scratching cut-off as the button is not available after this) .

Refunds are allowed in the week leading up to the race if you can provide a valid doctors certificate.

No refunds after the scratching cutoff 7.30pm, the Sunday 7 days prior to the event for any other reason. No transfers to future events or another rider either. We will not budge on this so do not ask.
