The Launceston City Cycling Club want to ensure a safe environment for our junior cyclists, therefore we require all parents or volunteers who assist, supervise, or participate in any capacity at the TasCarnivals Launceston event have:

· Registered as a volunteer member of AusCycling (or an existing ride/race licence)

· Purchased a ticket to attend the event

This Entryboss entry is for parents who intend to assist their child/ren throughout our event in the centre of the arena. An AusCycling licence and Entryboss ticket to be in the centre of the arena will be required.

Why a volunteer membership is essential:

· Ensures full insurance coverage

· Supports our club’s safeguarding responsibilities

· Helps us deliver a safe, well-organized event

Requirements for ticket purchase:

· Only 1 handler per child (entered) allowed in arena centre

· Handler must have AusCycling licence

· Handler must be responsible for child in all events
