AusCycling Australia acknowledges the Kaurna people as the Traditional Custodians of the land on which the Adelaide Superdrome rests. AusCycling acknowledge not only this ancestral relationship, but also the ongoing deep feelings of attachment and relationship of the people of these nations to Country. We respect and value their past, present and ongoing connection to the land and cultural beliefs. We also pay our respects to their Elders past and present. About - Wednesday Open Track Training

Coach: Luke Wight

Arrive at 6:00pm for an on-track warmup at 6:30pm. Session will finish at 8:30pm

• Weekly sessions will be a combination of sprint and endurance for both juniors, para and seniors. We're hoping that the integration of both disciplines will help grow and strengthen the culture in South Australian track cycling.
• Session will be split into two with one group for Sprint and one for Endurance. Depending on numbers efforts might incorporate both senior and junior riders.

Please select from one of the categories below when entering for the night. Upon arriving coaches will double check to confirm which training you'll be with.

• BYO rollers so you can keep legs moving between efforts
• Depending on session time frame, coaches will either choose an on-track or off-track warmup for both groups
• Please arrive with antiquate time to ensure you have enough time to get yourself ready
• Please remember to bring own tools and gears to be able to change on the night, AusCycling will provide some assist but nothing everything
