Outline

The 2025 Trek Rockhampton Central Queensland Cross-Country Olympic Series concludes with Round Four at First Turkey Mountain Bike Reserve, hosted by Rockhampton Mountain Bike Club Incorporated.

Round One at First Turkey MTB Reserve was cancelled due to rain, Round Two was hosted by Gladstone MTB Club and Round Three was hosted by Central Highlands MTB Club. This is your last chance to gain points in each category for a 2025 Trek Rockhampton CQ XCO Season Championship title.

Enter now as entries close at Midnight Thursday 18 September 2025.

No late entries - No exceptions - No correspondence will be entered into (which means don't expect an answer if you ask)

Ages

• Age is defined as at 31 December 2025.
• AusCycling Junior Policy MTB Maximum Race Duration Age Restrictions apply and cannot be waived by Rocky MTB Club, so please don't ask us to "bend" the rules!

• Senior $30 per rider
• Junior $15 per rider

Race Schedule

• Entries close Midnight Thursday 18 September 2025
• Plate allocation commences 11:30am
• Practice 11:30am to 12:30pm only for registered riders issued with a race plate
• Junior Rider Briefing 12:45pm
• Junior Start Time 1pm
• Junior Podium Presentations 2:30pm
• Senior Rider Briefing 2:45pm
• Senior Start Time 3pm
• Senior Podium Presentations 4:30pm
• Event Finish Time 5pm
• Results will be published as soon as possible after the race at: https://my.raceresult.com

Rules

• This event is conducted in accordance with AusCycling Policies and Rules.
• An AusCycling Race Membership or Event Licence is mandatory.
• Riders must comply with any additional rules advised during the Rider Briefing.
• Attendance at the Rider Briefing is compulsory to race.
• Fastest time for completing the race wins each category.

If the event has to be cancelled due to extreme weather, a notification will be posted on the Rocky MTB Club Facebook page.

• All vehicles must be parked either in the German Street carpark, or on the eastern verge at the southern end of German Street, or at the Trailhead on the adjacent Lyle Albert Dobbs Reserve, if it's dry.
• Do not park on Sunset Avenue.

Venue Rules

• Care for the environment - only take photos - only leave tyre prints!
• Remove all rubbish, including cut Race Plate cable ties.
• Respect local residents.

Prizes

• Category place winners will receive a Race Certificate.
• You will also have the glory of mounting the podium and being immortalised via social media.
• Trek Rockhampton will hold a random prize draw after each race.

• Entered & can't make it? An automated refund is available using the EntryBoss Scratch mechanism.
• Please note the scratch cut-off time of 3pm Friday 19 March 2025.
• DNS (Did Not Start) refunds after this time are at the discretion of Rocky MTB Club.
