Captains Ride 🚴‍♂️ Join the Mad Mountain Bike Club for our Sunday Social Ride! 🚴‍♀️ Get ready for a scenic and challenging ride up to Captains Crossing in the beautiful Pioneer Valley! 🌄 🗓 When: Sunday April 13th ⏰ Meet at: 7:00 AM for a 7:15 AM departure 📍 Where: Pinnacle Pub Cricket Grounds Ride Details:

Group 1 – Moderate Fitness (non-technical) Starting on bitumen, we’ll ride through the Mia Mia State Forest to Captains Crossing, where you can enjoy a snack and a quick dip (if you're daring!) before returning on the fun descents you just climbed!

⚠️ Important:

• The ride will last 2-3 hours, so bring plenty of water and snacks.
• Be self-sufficient with a tube and basic tools in case of any mechanicals.
• Children U15 must be accompanied by an adult and have a moderate level of fitness
• [Aus Cycling lifestyle membership required

After the ride, come chill with us at the Whistle Stop Cafe for snacks, drinks, and a chance to compare Strava times to see who got the bragging rights for the fastest climb! 💪🏆 You might even fancy a swim in Cattle Creek or hit up the Finchy trails if you still have energy left!
